The Electrical Technician is responsible for performing installs, repairs, and maintenance to electrical systems in buildings and structures. They execute wiring plans, install fixtures, and equipment, and ensure safety compliance.

Requirements:
- A high school diploma
- Completion of an electrician apprenticeship
- At least (2) years of work experience
- Industry-specific personal tools
- Relevant industry certification
- A valid driver’s license

HVAC Technician
The HVAC Technician is responsible for performing installs, repairs, and maintenance to a variety of equipment including refrigeration, air conditioning, electric motors, heating units, heat pumps, hermetic compressors, commercial furnaces, boilers, burners, intake and exhaust fans, economizers, humidifiers, capacity controls, semi-hermetic compressors, split systems, flame safeguard controls, air compressors, air driers, and packaged units.

General Maintenance Technician

This role will take responsibility for completing work orders, including HVAC, plumbing, mechanical system troubleshooting, day-to-day building maintenance and repairs, routine maintenance, and any required tasks to keep our buildings in pristine condition and functioning properly. Pay: $17 - $25/hr, based on experience
Responsibilities:
- Basic understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building systems
- Experience and working knowledge in operating a variety of equipment, common tools, and devices
- Strong understanding of general maintenance processes and methods
- Performs assigned day-to-day repairs, emergency, and preventative maintenance
- Documents (system generated) daily work requests within established time frames
- Estimates time, materials, and order supplies to complete work requests
- Perform maintenance of electrical systems
- Perform plumbing repairs, unclog drains
- Basic HVAC knowledge to maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC units
- Maintains lighting systems in good working order (replace light bulbs or repair lighting)
- Perform manual repairs when necessary, furniture assembly
- Conduct general grounds upkeep and other tasks as assigned (landscaping, leaf blowing, snow removal, etc.)
- General interior maintenance (hang pictures, patch walls, and paint)
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
Requirements:
- Previous working experience as a Maintenance Technician for 5 years
- High school diploma
- Any additional relevant certifications
- Excellent manual dexterity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to lift and/or carry moderate weight (50-75 pounds)
- Current Indiana driver’s license
- Provide personal tools
- Requires the employee to be on-call for after-hours emergencies
