Maintenance Management, LLC is a full-service property maintenance company specializing in maintaining commercial properties with extensive experience in larger office buildings and medical offices.

Incorporated in December of 1982 by founders Greg Petras and Barry Sturges, we have been trusted by hundreds of property owners to take care of their buildings. Today, Dan Lucas serves as director of the company's office in Fort Wayne, Indiana.

Our experienced technicians take care of any maintenance issue a business needs to address, be it heating, ventilation, air-conditioning (HVAC), building maintenance and repair, energy management, or preventative maintenance.
